Pets

Pets are welcome. We charge €15 per day for dogs. Please note that dogs are not allowed in all of our apartments, and only one dog per apartment is permitted. We kindly ask that you do not leave your dog unattended in the accommodation. If necessary, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for final cleaning of the apartment or for any damages incurred.

Shops

A bakery, grocery shop, tobacconist, hairdresser and pharmacy are all within easy reach. There are also many bars and pizzerias/restaurants in the centre of Riscone.

Bus travel

The nearest bus stop is 50 metres away (all public transport is free for holders of a Bruneck Kronplatz Card; in winter also ski buses). The Citybus runs every 15 minutes.

Pricing Information

Prices shown are per apartment per day. The final cleaning charge of € 50.00 and the local tourist tax of € 2.50 per person, per day (for age 14 upward), are not included in the price, and must be paid separately on site.

Booking information

Apartments must be booked by e-mail; bookings by phone are only accepted in exceptional circumstances. The booking only becomes binding after payment of the deposit. We will send you our bank details by e-mail.

Cancellations

• Cancellations up to 28 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained and not refunded
• Cancellation within 28 days of arrival: we charge 50% of the total price
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: we charge 70% of the total price
• No-Show on the day of arrival: we charge 100% of the total price
